                            审理原告曹某与被告万某、周某的买卖合同纠纷案件中，承办法官发现原告曹某立案时提交的欠款单复印件没有载明还款日期，但当庭提交的欠款单原件却载明了还款日期，先后两份证据明显不一致。承办法官向原告曹某指出以上查明情况，原告曹某承认了欠款单原件上的还款日期系自行添加，但仍认为，还款日期是经过被告同意的，出具欠款单时忘了载明，现在自行添加上只是还原当时情况，并非伪造证据。

                  法院经审理认为，原告曹某为达到诉讼目的，在证据欠款单原件上擅自添加还款日期，系伪造重要证据的行为，对伪造的证据依法不予采信。曹某伪造证据的行为妨碍了人民法院对案件的正常审理，应予惩戒。鉴于曹某认错态度较好，具有悔过表现，予以从轻处罚，遂依法作出对曹某罚款1000元的决定。
