            5月7日，国家药监局、公安部、国家卫生健康委发布关于调整精神药品目录的公告，将右美沙芬、含地芬诺酯复方制剂、纳呋拉啡、氯卡色林列入第二类精神药品目录；将咪达唑仑原料药和注射剂由第二类精神药品调整为第一类精神药品，其它咪达唑仑单方制剂仍为第二类精神药品。7月1日起正式实施。

            右美沙芬，一般指氢溴酸右美沙芬类止咳药物。右美沙芬一旦超量服用，时间一长，容易成瘾。极端用药的情况下，服药者可能因为呼吸抑制而死亡。长期滥用的话会对大脑造成损伤、出现精神错乱。
