适量锻炼的人都长寿,但运动员基本都很短寿,因为大量从事体力运动的人,新陈代谢快,细胞分裂快,人也老得快……一言以蔽之,心率快死得快,乌龟心率慢,新陈代谢慢,所以活得久!
