省级”天府名厨”“天府名店”名单出炉！洪雅县德元楼入选省级“天府名店”

padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">德元楼，位于洪雅县止戈镇，于2014年1月8日开馆，主要经营乡村九大碗、农家土菜系列、经典藤椒菜系。德元楼有三层，在各楼层回廊四周陈列各年代民间“衣、食、住、用、行”相关的民俗文物，总共5000多件，延续了悠久的会馆文化，内设有戏台，经常有川剧等非遗演出。着短襟圆帽、腰间别着毛巾的掌盘师端着各色菜肴，吆喝着菜名往来穿梭，是洪雅百年来第一座展现深厚洪雅餐饮文化的综合性宴会场所。2015年9月被国家旅游局评为中国乡村旅游模范户，2015年12月被四川省标准化评定委员会评为四星级乡村酒店，2017被四川省标准化评定委员会评为精品创意文苑。</p><p style="margin: 0px;
