2024年以来，洪雅法院在上级法院的指导下，能动履职，扎实推进“执转破”案件办理，探索“执破融合”洪雅模式。8月8日，洪雅法院高效审结洪雅县某塑业有限公司破产清算案，连续三年实现破产案件“清零”。

洪雅县某塑业有限公司于2007年9月30日注册成立，后因经营不善，负债上亿元且无力清偿，雅安市某建筑工程有限责任公司等债权人遂诉至洪雅法院，审理判决某塑业有限公司偿还雅安市某建筑工程有限公司等债权人欠款累计上千万。判决生效后，洪雅县某塑业有限公司一直未履行。

因某塑业有限公司一直未履行生效判决，雅安市某建筑工程有限公司等债权人遂先后向洪雅法院申请强制执行。在执行过程中，执行干警穷尽措施仅发现并控制到洪雅县某塑业有限公司极少资产，其资产远不足以覆盖全部到期债务，案件一度陷入僵局。

2024年，洪雅法院执行局以开展涉企业终本案件专项清理活动为契机，采取“专业团队、全面筛查、重点甄别”模式，对同一被执行企业涉10件以上的系列终本案件进行大排查、大梳理，发现洪雅县某塑业有限公司至今仍未有其他可供执行的资产，已严重资不抵债，且未再开展经营活动，符合破产条件。为进一步全面清理资产，保护债权人和债务人的合法权益，执行局遂将洪雅县某塑业有限公司现状向申请执行人披露，同时向其释明执行案件移送破产审查的相关规定，后申请执行人提交破产申请，执行局火速依托“执破融合”机制将案件依法及时移送破产审查，案件顺利转入破产程序。

民事审判庭接收案件后，由执行局、民事审判庭组建跨部门合议庭，充分发挥审执联动优势，形成执破合力，高效推进破产程序，督导管理人快速进行了资产调查清理、债权申报及审查等工作。债权申报期届满后，该案成功召开债权人会议，会议中无人对本案提出异议。经债权人会议核查，洪雅县某塑业有限公司现有财产已明显不足以支付破产费用，洪雅法院遂根据管理人申请裁定洪雅县某塑业有限公司破产并终结了破产程序。
