    8月4日，四川省眉山市东坡区黄连埂水库，一名抓鱼的男子被吸入涵洞身亡。8月5日，秦家派出所工作人员告诉潇湘晨报记者，因水库泄洪，当地多人前去抓鱼，政府有派人在现场劝离，但仍有人涉险抓鱼，劝离人员还遭骂，遇险男子已身亡。

    8月4日，多名网友发视频称，四川省眉山市东坡区黄连埂水库，一名在现场抓鱼的男子被吸入涵洞身亡。据现场网友称，“他渔网缠住了，下去拉，不知道下面有虹吸。水下有个排水洞”、“黄连埂水库逮鱼的，被吸进涵洞里去了”。

    秦家派出所工作人员告诉记者，遇险男子已被打捞上来，人已去世。“下面有个涵洞，他自己钻下去，进到涵洞里去了。”工作人员说，8月4日，黄连埂水库泄洪，出现许多鱼，不少人前去现场抓鱼，尽管政府派人在现场劝离，但劝导效果不好。“那里泄洪，泄洪就有鱼出来嘛，昨天抓鱼的人很多。像政府、派出所等都派了人过去劝离，人多了不好管。”
