margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">2018年，辖区群众徐昌平驾驶三轮摩托车与另两辆轿车的交通事故，徐大爷担心赔偿太高，给原本困难的家庭雪上加霜，便来到高源的办公室，说明来意后从背篓里拿出竹笋、腊肉放在高源的办公桌上。面对这些“礼物”，高源心理五味杂陈，他对徐大爷说：“大爷，您要相信我们交警部门会依法妥善处理这起事故。”婉拒了“礼物”，安抚好徐大爷情绪后，高源积极在事故三方当事人和保险公司之间沟通协商，最终使得事情圆满解决。</p><p style="white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">高庙中队辖区位于洪雅县西部山区，坡陡弯急、村道狭长，所辖高庙镇是砂石和矿物产出地，货运繁忙，交通拥堵和事故时有发生。上任伊始，高源就对辖区五家大型企业进行走访调研，向交通等部门调阅资料，广泛听取交通参与者的意见，最终推动制定出辖区货车通行管理等3件方案，实现了企业、驾驶人、其他交通参与者满意，道路通行安全感整体上升的目标。</p><p style="white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">辖区的七里坪镇位于峨眉山后山，是知名的旅游景区，游客常年络绎不绝，过去交通辅助设施比较少，导致景区拥堵严重。2017年，高源带领民辅警逐一实地查勘、反复思考对策，在政府和景区的支持下一年内新建交通配套基础设施3处，完善标识标牌百余处，同时有针对性地调整勤务模式，使辖区旅游交通更加安全畅通，有效缓解了交通拥堵的难点，使景区车流人流迅速变得畅通有序，旅游经济更加繁荣。</p><p style="white-space: normal;
