margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">柳新渠修建于上世纪70年代，大部分骨干渠道为条石砌筑而成，因年久失修，局部存在裂缝、掉块等病害，进而影响柳江镇、东岳镇3万余亩灌面内农业用水。去年9月，总投资4944余万元的柳新渠灌区2023—2025年续建配套与节水改造项目开工建设，工程将整治渠道总长18.8km，新建、整治附属建筑物93处，新建巡渠管护道路、防洪抢险道路，重建管理房以及灌区信息化建设等，项目将于今年年底全面竣工。通过升级改造，将减少渠道水渗漏，提高农业灌溉用水保障能力，助力乡村振兴。</p></section><p style="white-space: normal;
