white-space: normal; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 18px; box-sizing: border-box;">为贯彻落实中央、省、市关于加快推进生态文明建设的决策部署，持续巩固天然水域禁捕工作成效，更好地保护天然水域水生生物资源，维护水域生态环境，根据《中华人民共和国渔业法》《四川省<中华人民共和国渔业法>实施办法》《四川省长江流域禁捕水域休闲垂钓管理办法（试行）》等法律法规的相关要求，现将我县2024年春季禁渔管理工作有关事项通告如下：</span></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 20px; white-space: normal; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 18px; box-sizing: border-box;">一、禁渔范围：</span></strong><span style="font-size: 18px; box-sizing: border-box;">全县境内天然水域。</span></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 20px; white-space: normal; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 18px; box-sizing: border-box;">二、禁渔时间：</span></strong><span style="font-size: 18px; box-sizing: border-box;">2024年3月1日至6月30日。 </span></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 20px; white-space: normal; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 18px; box-sizing: border-box;">三、禁止类型：</span></strong><span style="font-size: 18px; box-sizing: border-box;">在禁渔期内，禁止一切捕捞作业、游钓，禁止收购、销售在禁渔期内捕捞的渔获物，严禁扎巢取卵。</span></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 20px; white-space: normal; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 18px; box-sizing: border-box;">春季禁渔期外其他时段，按照“十年禁渔”禁捕相关规定执行。</span></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 20px; white-space: normal; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 18px; box-sizing: border-box;">四、法律责任：</span></strong><span style="font-size: 18px; box-sizing: border-box;">凡违反本通告的，由县级相关部门依据各自职能职责依法查处。各镇人民政府应加强辖区内天然水域禁渔期间禁渔宣传和监管。对使用电、炸、毒鱼等禁用方法或采用刺网、地笼、可视锚鱼等禁用渔具的，依法追究刑事责任。广大群众遇到电鱼、毒鱼、炸鱼等涉嫌犯罪行为可直接拨打110向公安机关举报，对所有非法捕捞行为可向县农业农村局举报。阻碍、抗拒执法人员执行公务的，由公安机关依照《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》予以处罚。</span></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 20px;
