margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">2011年，任爱君大学毕业后返乡从事基层社区工作。2014年，全县高标准农田建设项目如火如荼推进，瞅准时机，任爱君流转50亩土地扩大蔬菜种植面积。2017年，在当地居民的期盼下，任爱君进入桐升社区“两委”班子。此时的任爱君将更多的精力投入到生态品牌打造、带领居民致富上，开始引导居民发展效益更高的水果种植。2019年，通过学习、考试，任爱君考取了高级农技师证，成为了一名新农人。2022年，任爱君牵头成立了洪雅县悟达雅韵生态农业发展有限公司，同时，以本地优质生态大米为源地的“青衣五丰”生态大米品牌注册成功。在品牌打造的同时，公司抢抓“天府粮仓”洪雅示范区建设机遇，着力打造粮经轮作示范园。同年1月，任爱君被评为四川省首批农村致富带头人。</p></section></section></section></section></section></section><p style="white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">用心落实“我为群众办实事”举措，王雪梅组建“马上办”党员服务队，在全县各个村社区全覆盖设置诉讼服务站点89个，有效解决群众诉累，用实际行动践行党员初心使命。她用情办好每一件案件，用司法智慧和温度维护人民群众的合法权益，任审判员以来先后审结案件2000余件，无一案矛盾激化，未受到信访投诉；她脚踏实地，每一个足迹都深深嵌在法官的职业道路上，带领团队实现了全省首例人民法院调解平台在线调解，全省首例跨域立案，全市首例微法院立案，多次在省、市级相关会议做经验交流；她爱学习善思考，及时对审判中出现的新情况新问题进行研究并总结归纳经验，编写了《劳动争议白皮书》《物业纠结白皮书》，多项研究成果获奖。</p></section></section></section></section></section></section><section style="line-height: 2;
