margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">据悉，智能化控制中心建成前，我县城区路灯及夜景亮化设施采取传统人工方式巡查，故障依据主要来源于巡查人员上报和市民反映，导致许多突发性故障不能及时发现。同时开关灯时间也全部采用人工手动调整，因受季节、天气和人为因素影响，特别是天气突变时，常存在开关灯不及时现象，给市民的夜间出行和生活带来不便和安全隐患，同时造成了电力资源浪费。</p><p style="white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">洪雅县益民路灯管理有限公司总经理张爱林表示，智能化控制中心建成后，实现了我县城区路灯及夜景亮化的智能化、精细化管控。该控制中心对城区路灯照明设施实施“点、线、面”全方位动态监控，不仅可以实时掌握每盏路灯的运行状态，及时发现隐患故障，还能自动报警，大大提高了运行调度、应急处置和分析预测能力，最大幅度减少了隐患故障给市民出行带来的影响。同时还能根据每天天气情况自动开关路灯及夜景亮化设施，开关灯时间更加科学、精准，消除了季节、天气和人为因素对开关灯时间的影响，实现了任意天气下的及时开关灯，提升了城市照明服务保障水平，为市民提供了更安全的出行环境。此外，该控制中心还可根据道路人流量、车流量情况，进行分时、分段、分类开关灯，在保障城市照明需求的同时，最大程度节省了能源消耗。</p><p style="white-space: normal;
