为加大对重大劳动保障违法行为的惩戒力度，强化对用人单位守法诚信的社会监督，促进用人单位自觉遵守劳动保障法律法规规章，维护广大劳动者合法权益，构建和谐劳动关系，彰显社会公平正义，根据《保障农民工工资支付条例》（国务院令第724号）、《重大劳动保障违法行为社会公布办法》（人力资源和社会保障部令第29号）、《眉山市严重拖欠工资问题社会公布制度》（眉府办发〔2017〕9号）规定，日前，眉山市根治拖欠农民工工资工作领导小组办公室向社会公布2023年第四批重大劳动保障违法行为，并通报相关部门，依法依规实施联合惩戒。
