style="font-size: 18px;">创作一批唱响田锡的歌曲，深入宣传洪雅正人田锡精神、洪雅康养旅游风光、洪雅发展巨大变化，凝聚建设“两山转化示范县、绿色发展先行区”的强大力量。</span></p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;line-height:;margin-bottom:;font-size:"><span 18px;">（一）征集范围</span></p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;line-height:;margin-bottom:;font-size:"><span style="font-size: 18px;">在全国范围内的专业音乐工作者和业余作者。</span></p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;line-height:;margin-bottom:;font-size:"><span style="font-size: 18px;">（二）作品要求</span></p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;line-height:;margin-bottom:;font-size:"><span style="font-size: 18px;">1.深挖田锡文化的内涵与传承发展，充分展示洪雅人正直善良、自信自强、拼搏奋斗的精神风貌，围绕“两山转化示范县、绿色发展先行区”建设，呈现洪雅儿女在全县政治、社会、经济、文化发展中传承弘扬田锡精神的辉煌历程；</span></p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;line-height:;margin-bottom:;font-size:"><span style="font-size: 18px;">2.立意深刻，蓬勃向上，思想性强，不拘一格，雅俗共赏；</span></p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;line-height:;margin-bottom:;font-size:"><span style="font-size: 18px;">3.具有强烈的时空穿透力和鲜明的地域特色；</span></p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;line-height:;margin-bottom:;font-size:"><span style="font-size: 18px;">4.文字简练，概括性强，朗朗上口，在音韵、格律等方面符合歌词格式；</span></p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;line-height:;margin-bottom:;font-size:"><span style="font-size: 18px;">5.歌曲旋律优美动听、易于传唱。</span></p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;line-height:;margin-bottom:;font-size:"><span style="font-size: 18px;">（三）作品形式</span></p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;line-height:;margin-bottom:;font-size:"><span style="font-size: 18px;">词、曲不限，体裁形式不限，独唱、重唱、齐唱、合唱均可。</span></p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;line-height:;margin-bottom:;font-size:"><span style="color: rgb(0, 112, 192);"><strong><span style="font-size: 18px;">四、投稿时间和要求</span></strong></span></p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;line-height:;margin-bottom:;font-size:"><span style="font-size: 18px;">（一）时间安排</span></p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;line-height:;margin-bottom:;font-size:"><span style="font-size: 18px;">1.作品征集：从征集启事发布之日起至2023年8月31日止。</span></p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;line-height:;margin-bottom:;font-size:"><span style="font-size: 18px;">2.专家评审：从2023年9月8日至9月18日，组织评委会进行初评、复评，评定结果报组委会审定。</span></p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;line-height:;margin-bottom:;font-size:"><span style="font-size: 18px;">3.认定发布：2023年10月。</span></p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;line-height:;margin-bottom:;font-size:"><span style="font-size: 18px;">（二）投稿要求</span></p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;line-height:;margin-bottom:;font-size:"><span style="font-size: 18px;">1.作品必须是完整的歌谱（送交电子文档，JPG格式）。提供音响制作小样1份（应为演唱成品，CD、MP3格式均可，其中MP3应为44KHZ/160kbps或以上），每首作品长度2至5分钟。</span></p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;line-height:;margin-bottom:;font-size:"><span style="font-size: 18px;">2.须认真填写应征歌曲作品词、曲作者个人信息和300字以内文字说明，说明歌曲创作理念，阐述作品的创作思路及其它相关含义等，送交《洪雅县“正人田锡歌曲”全国原创征集表》（附件）电子档至电子邮箱。</span></p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;line-height:;margin-bottom:;font-size:"><span style="font-size: 18px;">3.参加征集活动的作品必须是未经发表的原创作品，不得抄袭，一经发现作品抄袭，即取消参评资格并追回已发的奖金，由此产生的一切后果由应征者负责。</span></p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;line-height:;margin-bottom:;font-size:"><span style="font-size: 18px;">4.来稿一律不退，请作者自留底稿。</span></p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;line-height:;margin-bottom:;font-size:"><span style="color: rgb(0, 112, 192);"><strong><span style="font-size: 18px;">五、评选办法</span></strong></span></p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;line-height:;margin-bottom:;font-size:"><span style="font-size: 18px;">1.为充分体现“公正、公平、公开”的评审原则，组委会将邀请著名词、曲专家组成评委组，同时严格遵守评委回避制度。</span></p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;line-height:;margin-bottom:;font-size:"><span style="font-size: 18px;">2.评委组以审看作品乐谱、审听作品录音等形式，遵照思想精深、艺术精湛、制作精良的艺术标准，突出“田锡表达”和“表达田锡”主题，对所有来稿进行认真评选。</span></p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;line-height:;margin-bottom:;font-size:"><span style="font-size: 18px;">3.评委组初评出入围歌曲3首，从入围歌曲中再选出1首最佳歌曲确定为洪雅县“正人田锡歌曲”。如无法选出符合歌曲，则此项空缺。</span></p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;line-height:;margin-bottom:;font-size:"><span style="color: rgb(0, 112, 192);"><strong><span style="font-size: 18px;">六、奖项设置</span></strong></span></p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;line-height:;margin-bottom:;font-size:"><span style="font-size: 18px;">1.对确定为洪雅县“正人田锡歌曲”的作品，作词奖励100000元人民币，作曲奖励100000元人民币，并颁发获奖证书。</span></p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;line-height:;margin-bottom:;font-size:"><span style="font-size: 18px;">2.对另2首入围的歌曲，分别奖励20000元人民币。</span></p><p class="formatted" style="text-align:justify;line-height:;margin-bottom:;font-size:"><span style="font-size: 18px;">3.奖金为税前款，应缴纳的税金可由主办单位代扣代缴。</span></p><p class="formatted"
