一、行政企事业单位带头节电。

行政企事业单位做好节电表率，切实做到厉行节约。加强空调和电梯节电管理，制冷温度设置不低于26摄氏度，3层以下电梯不停；加强照明节电管理，充分利用自然光进行照明，杜绝白昼灯、长明灯、无人灯；加强办公设备节电管理，做到“人走电断”。

三、公共场所合理用电。

大型公共建筑在夏季合理控制空调温度，制冷温度不低于26摄氏度，下班前1小时关空调；减少使用或停用大功率用电设备和非必要照明灯具，走廊、楼道等公共区域照明“随走随关”。

四、家庭社区节约用电。

鼓励广大群众居家尽量利用自然光，不开“长明灯”，尽量使用高效率、低能耗电器；合理设置空调温度，制冷温度不低于26摄氏度；减少使用空调设备数量；不使用电器时关闭电源，减少待机耗电；电动汽车、电瓶车尽量利用夜间负荷低谷充电。

五、工业企业科学用电。

工业企业主动履行社会责任，充分利用我省分时电价政策，合理安排生产班次、错峰运行；积极采用符合国家能耗标准的节能设备，及时停用空载设备，规范使用空调、照明等用电设备设施，减少非生产、非必需用电，尽量节约电量用于生产环节。
