充分利用自然通风，减少空调使用时间和频次，空调温度控制不低于26℃，定期清洁隔尘网，商业综合体、办公楼提前半小时关闭空调，减少空调能耗。

减少办公设备待机能耗，及时关闭照明灯、电脑、打印机、饮水机等设备电源，做到“人走电断”；减少电梯运行台数，三层以下低层办公场所减少电梯使用；合理压减景观照明设施开启数量和时间，严格控制超高能耗、超大规模、过度亮化“灯光秀”，合理调整景观照明设施开闭灯时间和亮灯方式，降低景观与市政照明负荷。

【工业企业错峰用电】
</span>
工业企业充分运用分时电价政策，科学合理安排生产班次，通过计划检修、企业轮休、调班运营、用电设备精细化启停等方式错避峰用电；积极参与需求侧市场化响应，降低电网高峰用电负荷；合理关停部分辅助设施设备，严控非生产用电，降低能耗与用电成本。
