   公告提出，餐饮企业应严格落实明码标价规定，向消费者明示所提供餐饮及服务价格。提供宴会套餐的，应标明套餐内各菜品价格，有折扣的应标明折扣。禁止餐饮企业设置最低消费。推动餐饮企业标示菜品主要食材分量或数量，套餐标示建议用餐人数，限额以上餐饮企业应率先实行。

   公告明确，要减少宴会餐饮浪费。承办宴会的餐饮企业应严格遵守反食品浪费要求，适量合理搭配宴会菜单，并明白标量。承办宴会的餐饮企业与消费者签订宴会服务合同时，应单列反餐饮浪费条款。

   根据公告，有关部门对宴会套餐特别是酒店宴会套餐、单桌1500元以上（不含酒水）宴会套餐实行重点监管，适时抽查宴会套餐及套餐菜品是否明码标价、是否明白标量、是否质价相符、是否存在明显浪费情况，抽查餐饮企业是否违规设置最低消费。

   中国疾病预防控制中心营养所研究员杨月欣说，公告将宴会餐饮浪费作为监管重点，规定餐饮企业履行相应义务，允许消费者根据偏好和食量从各类菜单中自主选择宴会菜品、调减宴会套餐菜品并减免相应费用等一系列举措针对性强、力度大，有利于从源头解决宴会餐饮浪费问题。

   近年来，我国持续推进反餐饮浪费工作，出台标准规范，开展“光盘行动”，加强监督执法，取得一定成效，但餐饮浪费现象仍然存在。业内人士指出，《关于防止和减少餐饮浪费的公告（征求意见稿）》再度强调防止和减少“舌尖上的浪费”，特别是对宴会餐饮浪费现象“抓了七寸”“动了真格”，也再次发出提醒，切不可让奢靡浪费之风重回我们的餐桌。
