2022年11月11日，东坡区市场监管局在辖区内某皮肤健康管理中心检查时，发现“利多卡因盐酸注射液”等药品和“注射用透明质酸”等医疗器械、部分类似注射用透明质酸的产品无中文标识，当事人现场无法提供产品的购进票据和产品资质证明材料，东坡区市场监管局现场对涉案产品实施扣押强制措施并开展调查。经查，当事人在未索取供货方资质和票据的情况下购进“复方甘草酸苷注射液”“氨甲环酸注射液”等药品共计43盒；在日常经营中使用“乔雅登的透明质酸”“伊妍仕少女针”等医疗器械共计15种，其中6种不能提供医疗器械的注册证明材料和购进票据，其余9种医疗器械属于国产已注册的医疗器械，但当事人无法提供购进票据，说明购进来源。
