罗某某、金某某等17人均系菜农。2021年姜某某分别以0.9元/斤至1.2元/斤不等的价格向罗某某等17人收购生姜共计3万多斤。姜某某承诺于2022年底付清全部生姜款，如逾期未付，按3元/斤支付给菜农。但约定履行期届满后，姜某某不仅没有支付生姜款，还玩起了失踪。罗某某等17人无奈将姜某某诉至余坪法庭，要求姜某某按3元/斤的价格支付生姜款。

2017年6月起，黄某、罗某某在刘某某承揽的凉山州某县农网改造项目工程的工地从事电工工作。2017年底，工程结束后经结算刘某某共欠黄某工资3.2万元，欠罗某某工资1.2万元，2022年1月30日，刘某某向黄某、罗某某出具欠条，并约定在2022年7月30日前付清，逾期未还款支付违约金2,000元。2023年1月29日，刘某某在支付罗某某2,000元后，便以各种理由推诿拒绝支付二人工资。为维护自身合法权益，黄某、罗某某二人诉至法院，要求刘某某支付所欠工资及违约金。

能收到这面锦旗是承办法官凌福刚没想到的，伍某某的案子“小”且简单，2014年伍某某夫妻二人在杜某承包的工地务工，2015年，因老板杜某生意上资金周转困难，伍某某夫妻二人就借了2万元给杜某，但此后8年，不管伍某某夫妻二人如何催促，杜某均以各种理由拒绝还款，二人无奈诉至法院。本案案件事实清楚，承办法官凌福刚秉承“为群众办实事”的理念，先是组织双方当事人进行调解，这次调解虽未达成一致协议，但对杜某不及时还钱的行为进行了批评教育，后该案如期开庭审理，判决杜某十日内支付伍某某借款本金2万元及利息。宣判后，杜某服判并表示将在指定期限内履行给付义务。

没想到案子判决不久，伍某某就送来了锦旗，他说，这借出去的2万元，是夫妻二人多年来在工地上省吃俭用存下来的，催收债款的这8年里，这笔2万元的借款成为压在夫妻二人心中的大山，夫妻二人也时常因催收未果而吵架。这次法院的判决让夫妻二人吃了定心丸，再也不怕杜某找理由不还钱了。特别谢谢法官尽心尽责的办案。
