line-height: ; font-size: 18px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); box-sizing: border-box;">最理解我们医务人员的，还是我们的家人。这两天，我发朋友圈说我阳了，我的家人问我时我才想起去关心他们，也才发现他们早都阳了，也没找我去看病、问咋个吃药之类的，怕麻烦我。这几天有个事让我既感动又自责，我家里老人晓得我忙，阳了也不作声，直到我发现她把我给她装的监控拔掉了，等我打电话还专门跑去看，发现她说话都语无伦次了，我就赶紧喊家里人给她送药，喊她不要扛。</p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1px; line-height: ; font-size: 18px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); box-sizing: border-box;">压力一方面源于近日来华西医院发热门诊日均诊治患者数从60—70人次上升至200人次以上，最高日接诊达到573人次。而且来就诊的很多是有基础疾病的老人，他们的病情发展瞬息万变，所以诊治一定要谨慎认真。面对数量上升的发热患者，发热门诊已从原有的3个诊室增加至5个诊室。</p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1px; padding: 0px; font-family: "San Francisco"; line-height: ; font-size: 18px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); box-sizing: border-box;">另一方面则是，发热门诊的医护人员陆陆续续出现了发烧、咳嗽、头疼等症状。现在诊室里常常是患者咳完，医生接着咳，咳嗽声此起彼伏。为此，医院整合统筹医疗资源，协调了创伤医学中心、肝脏外科、小儿外科等各临床科室，轮流安排医生做好每日发热门诊接诊工作。</p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1px; padding: 0px; font-family: "San Francisco"; line-height: ; font-size: 18px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); box-sizing: border-box;">这次还有一个挑战就是，穿上防护服给孩子听诊不方便，这也让我们非常担心漏诊。前段时间，就碰到一个30多天的小婴儿，我只有仔细询问家属小朋友的病症，同时要更仔细交代家属注意事项，特别是要对家属再三强调，回家一定要密切观察小婴儿的呼吸，如果感觉呼吸增快，高烧不退，一定要及时带来医院。</p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1px; padding: 0px; font-family: "San Francisco"; line-height: ; font-size: 18px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); box-sizing: border-box;">为了解决难题，我们主要采取了人员调配和新增重症床位两个措施。在人员方面，把医护人员大致分为了两类：一类是轻症、无症状的同事。对于这类同事，鼓励他们在做好防护的前提下上岗。我们还从其中选择了一批身体强壮的同事，组建了重症救护队，重点保护重症病人；另外一类是症状反应强烈的同事。对于这类同事，就让他们在家里好好休息。等到身体有所恢复后，就请他们承担一些在线诊疗、开药的工作，以便分流前方急诊和发热门诊的患者。在新增重症床位方面，现在常规的重症床位已经满了，我们在特定的病区又新增了重症床位来满足病人的需要。</p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1px;
