黄智玲,女,中共党员,洪雅中学一级教师,县骨干教师。2006年从四川师范大学汉语言文学专业毕业后,因为对教育的热爱,她选择回到家乡洪雅做一名普通的中学语文教师,开始了无悔的执教生涯。她始终坚持以“让每一位学生在我的课堂上都有所收获”为追求目标;以“学高为师,德高为范”为自律信条。

黄智玲时刻锤炼思想,提高境界,争做学习型党员。通过多种形式的学习,她坚定了“为党育人、为国育才”的理想信念,提高了政治理论素养和业务能力,使自己迅速成长为教学骨干、学科带头人。作为支部宣传委员,她协助支部创立了“四五”党员教育特色方案,即建设四项工程:“当学科带头人、做志愿者、参加各级比赛、提升学历”;开展五项评比:“教学成绩、帮扶贫困生、参加公益活动、参加各级比赛、建设责任寝室”。在学校形成了红墨水渗透效应,营造了良好的育人环境。她主动承担学校对外宣传工作,多篇报道在《西南商报》《眉山日报》等刊物上发表。

从教16年来,黄智玲始终如一坚守三尺讲台,用满腔热情和严谨的教学实践诠释为人师表的内涵,多次获得优秀党员、优秀教师称号。在教学中大胆致力于“怡情启智”教学法的研究,注重阅读氛围的创设,在兼收并蓄中形成了自己特有的“四主”教学风格。以四两拨千斤的淡定从容将语文课堂治理得欣欣向荣;在思考中把厚厚的课本变成了薄薄的知识;用真诚打动学生的心灵,用热情点燃学生的激情。看似枯燥的语文知识,被她着色添彩,描绘成美丽的风景。在“一师一优课、一课一名师”活动中,《流浪人,你若到斯巴......》一课获省二等奖;在四川省新语文教育教学设计大赛中,教学设计《故都的秋》获一等奖;在眉山市2021年语文课堂教学大比武中获二等奖;在2022四川省诗词讲解活动中获市一等奖;在中央电教馆举办的全国智慧翻转课堂活动中献课,获得好评,并应邀到省内外多所中学上课。多篇论文在市级刊物发表,参与的省级课题《构建“探究—合作—展示”(CRE)课堂教学的策略》获得眉山市第五届教学成果奖一等奖,在研课题《基于走班制的高中学生综合素质评价研究》获眉山市在研市级及以上教育科研课题二等奖。
