white-space: normal; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 5px; white-space: normal; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">一、非必要不离眉，减少跨市（州）流动，不得前往中高风险区或发生本土疫情的城市，确需离开的应提前向所在村（社区）、工作单位报备。</p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 5px; white-space: normal; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 5px; white-space: normal; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">二、市外来（返）洪人员需提前向所在村（社区）、小区、工作单位及所住宾馆酒店报备，并持48小时内核酸检测阴性证明，无48小时核酸检测阴性证明的，实行“落地检”。</p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 5px; white-space: normal; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 5px; white-space: normal; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">三、严守交通卡口，严格执行省外人员“入川即检”，对西藏、新疆、宁夏全域，青海海西、玉树州等高风险地区返洪人员实行闭环管理、7天集中隔离；其他风险地区来（返）洪人员按疫情防控相关要求执行。</p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 5px; white-space: normal; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 5px; white-space: normal; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">四、公共交通恢复运行，各类车辆正常通行。企业、生产经营单位等恢复正常生产经营，返岗需持48小时内核酸阴性证明。</p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 5px; white-space: normal; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><br/></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 5px; white-space: normal; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">五、进入人员密集、空间密闭、容易发生聚集性疫情的重点场所（电影院、健身娱乐场所、游泳馆、图书馆等）和民宿、网约房、酒吧、歌舞厅、洗浴场所、棋牌室（麻将馆）、网吧、电子游艺厅、密室逃脱、剧本杀等十大类重点场所，需持48小时内核酸阴性证明，严格落实测温、扫码、戴口罩、查验行程卡等措施。养老院、福利院、监管场所等重点机构严格落实闭环管理。</p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 5px; white-space: normal; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 5px; white-space: normal; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">六、学校、幼儿园、托育机构、校外培训机构有序恢复教学，师生返校需持48小时核酸检测阴性证明，并制定“一校一策”防控方案，严格落实校园疫情防控措施。</p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 5px; white-space: normal; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 5px; white-space: normal; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">七、不组织50人以上聚集性活动，倡议“红事缓办、白事简办、宴会不办”。餐饮企业有序开放堂食，不承接大型宴席活动。</p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 5px; white-space: normal; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 5px; white-space: normal; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">八、交通运输、快递外卖、邮政等重点行业人员实行每日一次核酸检测。</p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 5px;
