为了让车主避免花冤枉钱，《道路交通安全法》颁布了最新交通法：路边停车位属于公共资源，严禁私自占有使用或取得收益。如遇路边划线停车位收费，公民有权拒绝缴费。也就说，路边停车位是公共的，没人能以各种名义向车主收取停车费用。
目前在很多大城市路边都划了其实这是非常不合理的收费方式，如果我们遇到这样的现象的话，我们是可以向有关部门进行举报的，也可以直接打电话报警，因为他们所占据的地方是一个公共场合，公共场合是不允许个人或者是企业进行私自占据的，如果私自占据的话，是可以进行举报的 弱水三千 发表于 2022-5-18 11:01
