洪雅县2022年上半年中小学教师资格认定补充公告

    根据四川省教师资格认定工作部署，结合教育类研究生和师范生免试认定工作实施，我县上半年中小学教师资格认定第二批次网上报名将于6月13日上午8:00至6月22日下午18:00开放，符合认定条件的申请人可在四川政务服务网

    开放时间注册个人账号（选择“教师资格认定申请人网报入口”），完善个人信息，并在报名时段内登录报名。

    申请高级中学、中等职业学校教师资格，中等职业学校实习指导教师资格，现场确认时间及其他要求由市认定机构确定（查看眉山市认定机构公告）。

    申请初中、小学、幼儿园教师资格按以下要求办理：
</span>

    一、体格检查
</span>
</p>
<p style="text-align: justify; margin-bottom: ; font-size: ; line-height: 1.75em;">

    （一）申请人体检医院：洪雅县人民医院。
</span>
</p>
<p style="text-align: justify; margin-bottom: ; font-size: ; line-height: 1.75em;">
<span style="font-size: 18px;">
    （二）体检时间：6月13日至6月22日(法定工作日）。
</span>
</p>

    二、现场确认
