前院（罜焘院）的戏台名“万年台”，坐南朝北，戏台两旁的柱子上镌刻楹联：“帝王将相才子佳人登场可见 惊天动地悲欢离合转眼皆空”，耐人寻味。据说这个戏台主要供曾家园的长工、短工、护院和周边群众看戏娱乐。

中院（罳梼院）的戏台，同样是坐南朝北，两边是藏书楼、武云楼。“校书长爱阶前月 品画澄闻座右铭”、“行云流水皆天机 古石紫楠见贞性”、“文章尔雅徒无俗 诗赋风流皆有神”……一副副诗词楹联折射出主人追求宁静的人生态度。

内院（罾铸院）正对主楼的大戏台是三个戏台中规模最大的，坐西朝东，偌大的戏台空空荡荡，大气，也有些冷清。据说当年主要供主人接待贵宾看戏使用。

戏台两侧的两副楹联：“方丈地万里江山  顷刻间千秋事业”；“管中曲颂颂升平  台上弦歌歌盛世”，与戏台正对的主楼两边还有主人自撰的楹联：“苔痕上阶绿草色入帘青尽赏眼前景色  笑谈有鸿儒往来无白丁不知门外尘寰”，细细比较读来，颇有一种胸怀天下、高雅宁静的豪情。
