                  参赛选手应身体健康，有长期参加跑步锻炼或长期训练的基础。参赛选手应根据自己身体状况和训练水平，选择是否报名参加。

                  在比赛中，因个人身体及其他个人原因导致的人身损害和财产损失，由参赛选手个人承担责任。组委会要求所有参赛选手通过正规医疗机构进行体检（含平板测试、心电图和血压检测），并结合体检报告进行自我评估，确认自己的身体状况能够适应长跑运动，才可报名参赛。

                  （1）所有参赛选手须在报名时进行实名制注册登记，并上传本人新冠疫苗全程接种凭证；在参赛物品领取时须提供赛前三日内的电子核酸阴性检测报告，同时签署《健康安全责任承诺书》。

                  ⑦参赛者本人或其共同居住者为进口货物直接接触人员或入境口岸相关从业人员、集中隔离点工作人员等风险职业人群。

                  2.特邀运动员：组委会定向邀请国内优秀选手作为赛事特邀运动员参加比赛。特邀运动员遵照四川省相关疫情防控要求进行管理。

                  3.注册运动员：中国田径注册的专业运动员作为半程马拉松锦标赛运动员参赛。注册运动员遵照四川省相关疫情防控要求进行管理。

                  4.本次赛事仅接受来自低风险地区的参赛者报名，如报名成功后至比赛日开始前的期间，参赛者所处地区的新冠疫情风险指数由低风险上升为中、高风险地区，组委会将取消其参赛资格并退还报名费，或将参赛名额保留至2023年；
                </span>

                  为加强赛风赛纪，赛事组委会严禁私自转让（卖）或接受转让（买）参赛资格，禁止一切替跑、蹭跑、伪造号码布及使用非赛事号码布者进入赛道参赛，一经查出，对违规者将终身禁止参加“眉山仁寿半程马拉松”组委会举办的各项赛事，并报请中国田径协会追加处罚。由替跑、蹭跑、伪造号码布等违规行为所造成的一切后果均由违规者自行承担，对造成经济损失及严重影响的，组委会还将保留追究违规者法律责任的权利。

                  组委会将对起终点、赛道每5公里计时点、折返点进行录像监控，在比赛期间出现下列问题之一，组委会将视情节轻重分别给予参赛选手取消此次比赛资格及成绩、并禁止参加以后的“眉山仁寿半程马拉松”，并报请中国田径协会追加处罚：

                  2.一名选手同时携带两枚以上(包括两枚)芯片参加比赛的，或两个计时芯片在多个计时点的成绩误差小于0.1秒；

                  6.关门时间到后不停止比赛或退出比赛后又返回赛道；

                  7.没有沿规定线路跑完全程，抄近道或乘交通工具途中插入；

                  8.不按规定要求，重复通过终点、未跑完全程私自通过终点领取完赛奖牌及纪念品；

                  9.不按规定要求携带本人号码布通过终点；

                  10.私自伪造号码布、使用其他赛事号码布通过终点领取完赛奖牌等；

                  11.私自涂改、遮挡、转让号码布参赛者，比赛中发生的一切后果责任自负；

                  参赛者参赛期间若由于自身原因（包括但不限于自身有慢性疾病、隐形疾病、身体承受力不足等原因）所导致的身体不适及引发相关疾病、症状的（包括但不限于中暑、昏厥等），若最终被保险公司认定不属于理赔范围，则由此产生的一切全部法律责任及后果（包括但不限于医疗救治费用、误工损失、伤残赔偿或补偿、死亡赔偿金等）均由参赛者自行承担，与组委会无关。
