1月6日上午10时许，县公安局瓦屋山派出所民警罗广鑫带队沿辖区雅女湖至瓦屋山景区道路巡逻至倒流溪（小地名）时，发现一辆白色越野轿车停在路边，车身开启双闪危险报警灯，车辆后方未摆放警示牌，驾驶员正蹲在车辆后面忙碌着，车旁还站立着4名乘客在不停的搓手和跺脚。民警见状立即下车询问情况，得知车主易先生与家人、朋友从重庆至洪雅瓦屋山参加‘因熊联萌’冰雪节旅游，行驶到此路段时，感觉车辆出现颠簸，便停车查看，发现是右后轮漏气，车辆彻底趴窝。易先生的车上没带修车工具，也联系不到附近修车店，只能在原地干着急。

此时，车辆已经困在路上20多分钟了,车外温度极低，同乘的易先生家人、朋友冻得脸色发白，身体发抖。民警立即把易先生及其同乘人员接到警车上取暖，并从巡逻车上找来警戒标识，摆在车辆后方以防事故发生。随后，民警又从警车上取出随车携带的修车工具，很快帮助易先生更换好轮胎，在检查一遍确认安全后成功启动了车辆。
