请公告车辆的所有人或者驾驶人予以公告之日起，三个月内到洪雅县公安局交通警察大队各中队接受调查处理。

逾期不接受处理的，交警部门将依照《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》等相关法律法规对车辆予以拆除报废，并依法追究相关责任人员的法律责任。
