box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 18px; box-sizing: border-box;">一、坚守法律底线，争做网络法治的践行者。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 18px; box-sizing: border-box;">强化自我约束，自觉遵守《网络安全法》《网络信息内容生态治理规定》等互联网法律法规。坚持依法上网，履行法定义务，承担社会责任，不踩红线、不踏底线，不通过互联网危害国家安全，不通过互联网攻击网络系统，不通过互联网谋取非法利益，积极监督和举报各种危害网络安全的违法行为，不让网络空间成为法外之地。</span></p><p style="white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 18px; box-sizing: border-box;">二、奏响时代乐章，争做网络正能量的传播者。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 18px; box-sizing: border-box;">要自觉提升网络素养，争做中国好网民，弘扬主旋律，壮大正能量，为奋进新时代奏响强音，为实现中国梦增添动力，努力营造风清气正的网络环境。自觉提高甄别能力，坚决抵制网络虚假信息、低俗信息和网络谣言，争当网络谣言终结者。对网络中出现的社会敏感话题，理性对待，不轻信、不盲从，多角度分析，多方位思考。不编造、制作虚假信息，不随意转发、传播未经核实的信息。</span></p><p style="white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 18px; box-sizing: border-box;">三、提升安全意识，争做网络安全的维护者。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 18px; box-sizing: border-box;">要自觉学习个人信息保护常识，提升个人信息保护意识和技能，养成良好安全习惯，主动监督举报利用数据资源和个人信息的违法犯罪活动，切实维护自身数据安全和合法权益。主动掌握网络安全基本技能，自觉提升个人网络安全防护水平，不乱点不明链接、不乱扫不明二维码、不下载不明软件、不乱连不明网络，防护软件定期查杀病毒，加密隐私数据，不随意泄露自己和他人信息。</span></p><p style="white-space: normal;
