         公诉机关指控：2020年7月起，被告人罗某某组织被告人张某某等人为淫秽赌博网络平台推广，与上家联系获取淫秽赌博平台的下载链接、二维码及对应的后台账号、密码，以及提供推广使用的手机、电脑等工具后，通过登陆抖音平台开启直播或者诱导直播间观众进入QQ群，发送淫秽赌博平台的下载链接、二维码，并在直播间语音诱导观众下载注册淫秽赌博平台。上家则按照每成功注册一人支付罗某某等人不同费用。
