      （一）每举报1条“三非”外国人线索，经查证属实的，奖励举报人500元；提供相关线索一次性查获5人以上“三非”人员的，奖励人民币3000元；同一案件最多不超过5000元。
      </p>

      （二）举报容留、藏匿非法入境、非法居留外国人，协助非法入境、非法居留的外国人逃避检查，每查证1起奖励举报人500元。
      </p>
      <p style="outline: 0px;">
      （三）举报为非法居留的外国人违法提供出境入境证件的，每查证1起奖励举报人500元。
      </p>
      <p style="outline: 0px;">
      （四）举报介绍外国人非法就业、非法聘用外国人的，每查证1起奖励举报人1000元。
      </p>
      <p style="outline: 0px;">
      （五）实行首报奖励和一案一奖制度。两人或两人以上人员分别举报同一违法行为的，以时间先后为序，奖励最早举报人；多人同时举报同一违法行为的，奖金平均分配，举报人有约定的从其约定。

      <p style="outline: 0px;">
      有下列情形之一的，不予奖励：
      </p>
      <p style="outline: 0px;">
      （一）负有追究违法犯罪职责的司法机关和行政机关的工作人员举报违法犯罪活动的；

      （二）在被举报人违法过程中起到帮助作用的人员进行举报的；
      </p>
      <p style="outline: 0px;">
      （三）违法嫌疑人主动投案向公安机关陈述自己的违法行为的；
      </p>

      （四）举报内容已被公安机关发现或者正在查处的；
      </p>

      （五）其他依法不予奖励的情形。
