十年禁捕期，洪雅县首例非法捕捞水产品案宣判

近日，洪雅县人民检察院成功办理长江流域“十年禁捕”期间全县首例非法捕捞水产品案。经审查，鲜仕忠、李远彬、汤俊涛三人在禁渔期、禁渔区利用漂白粉毒鱼的方式，非法捕获渔获0.92kg，其行为已构成非法捕捞水产品罪。
